I love these guys. I have four children and myself that we fill a TON of prescriptions for every month. They always go out of their way to be nice and helpful. Sometimes our stuff us very complicated and confusing. They work through all of it with us with passion and concern. I appreciate all they do!

I never thought I would give a bad review to a pharmacy. I saved up a lot of money to go to Thailand with my girlfriend and went to this pharmacy to fill a vaccine prescription. While I was there I asked if I could get a flu shot as well. When the kid at the front desk went back to ask a young, 27-30 year old male with dark hair if they had any flu shots he SCOFFED right in front of me and said that it's inconvenient to give flu shots because it's not flu season yet. Now, every year I've gotten a flu shot around the end of summer time and every year I get a flu shot I never get sick. Right now I'm IN THAILAND with ONE OF THE WORST COLDS I'VE EVER HAD. I've been sick for FIVE DAYS and had to stay in the hotel this whole time! All I can think about is the smug, arrogant look on that guy's face when I asked. I will NEVER give another penny to this pharmacy ever again. Walgreens is right across the street and everything isn't covered in dust and grime. I would understand if they didn't have flu shots, but the way they responded to my question made me feel very foolish for even asking. Again, and I cannot emphasize this enough, NEVER GO TO THIS PHARMACY.

Very unprofessional and quite rude. I fill my prescriptions at whatever Smith's location I'm close to when they're up - I had no idea that they prefer you to only use one location. I went to this one to get it filled and they told me to wait - I waited 30 minutes and asked if they needed anything, and they said they were "deciding whether or not to fill it". I was mildly concerned - who says that? Another 30 minutes and I went up again and the main pharmacist was very annoyed I asked again. She said "take it to the others you usually fill at, we don't like to fill them when you use a bunch of locations" - as if I was slutting around I guess. I wasted an hour of my day for them to decide not to fill it? I would have been fine with a quick "not here" but the way they handled it doesn't have a place for me. Not recommended.

Not the first time I've had a bad experience with this pharmacy. This time I went in to fill a prescription that is difficult to find in the Salt Lake valley. The 2100 S Smith's didn't have any and sent me over to this location. The lady at the prescription drop off window was incredibly rude, rolling her eyes several times while talking with me, ignoring other people walking up (a simple "be right with you" would make a world of difference), and stomping around like work was the biggest inconvenience in the world. After barking out the normal questions, she asked if I regularly filled at store 28 and since I fill wherever I can find this medication in stock, I told her that I didn't know which one that was and asked where it was. She responded by turning around and stomping back to find a pharmacist and then came back and told me to wait while they saw if they had any. The pharmacist came back and told me that they had it in stock but because I wasn't a regular at this location, they weren't going to fill it for me. No where else have I found this "regular customer" priority and I end up having to visit several pharmacies every month. Staff really need to take a retreat to train in interpersonal communication skills and fill prescriptions without playing favorites.

Are you looking for a WOW experience?  Would you like to have your mind blown?
Look no further, this pharmacy is rude and unwilling to provide help or answers, if there is a question about a fill date... its F you, not explain whats going on and lets see if we can help you.  Specifically Megan R.  I dont know her last name because she wouldnt give it to me...uhhhh alright Megan R.  Smiths has a pharmasist that looks and acts 21.  Iv been getting my perscription since you were in grade school Megan "R" and you are wrong about the rules of the fill, now i spent 150 for nothing but a bad weekend.  To be fair i havent had issues with anyone else here, iv never even left a bad review anywhere.  Smiths i know the younger people are cheaper and thats fine but please keep them away from the pharmacy, that is important work that should have a single goal....HELP
