I am new to using the pharmacy. I would give 5 stars but my med has to be ordered, changes in price, and I pay out of pocket. I do like the low price but I forget to return in a timely manner. Despite the drawbacks I rate 4 stars because the staff is pleasant, friendly, and keeps me informed. The customer service is important to me and I can shop.

Man working today asked me to hold twice, picked up twice more saying nothing, then hung up on me. I'll take my business to the other location.

They let the phone ring forever and then they just pick it up and hang up on you immediately. I've been calling them all day. Great prices though.

They are busy and service is slow. They also don't answer the phone between 1:30 and 2:30, when everyone is out for lunch.

I'm all up for what Costco stands for and how they treat their employees but most of the employees here are borderline rude except of Richard who is a nice gentleman.
