I have to say that they do a great job most employees are very nice and helpful at times there can be a long line the rewards card is great once you get to gold status comes in handy for me and others that don't have 1 or something it's a daily stop for me

I always had my prescriptions taken over there without a problem, until last Sunday. I was due for surgery on Tuesday, and needed my prescription ready before then. The clerk refused to accept my prescription because it was written by a doctor in another city. I took it to another Rite Aid the next day and they didn't give me any problems. The service I received here was completely unacceptable. I will never come here again.

Horrible customer service. Bought something so I can use  bathroom and the cashier made me wait 15 minutes before calling someone to open the door.
