I like shopping at Costco because of how you can buy in bulk. I really enjoy the food court because the price for lunch or dinner is outstanding. I love how you can buy a huge slice of pizza for only a 1.99 or a huge whole one for 9.95. The most expensive item is only 3.99 for just a single person lunch. I also enjoy eating the little finger foods stands around Costco that they do for sampling ☺️. Can take the family out for dinner and be fed, lol. The workers are really friendly and nice. Always saying hi! And I think it is cool they check your cart to make sure you received everything. One thing I would change is the parking. I think Costco could come up with a better system.

This review is of my most recent visit. My overall impression is higher but this needs to be addressed. Today I bought 2 storage shelf assemblies in very heavy, 2-man boxes. I was assisted in getting the boxes off the shelf, went through checkout and to the front door, all with an assurance that I'd get a hand lifting them up into my truck bed when the time came. The receipt-signing lady alerted someone at the other end of the carts to wait for me in that "loading zone". When I got there? Tumbleweeds. One young punk was pushing carts. I looked right at him with a friendly "hey" and a smile, my standard greeting... Returning nothing but a glare, he turned around without any word and left, never to return. I thought that since this place was a better place to work than Walmart that I'd get friendlier service. After a few minutes I was waved at by a friendly STRANGER who got out of his truck and helped lift the boxes. You gonna pay him, Costco?

Costco is definitely my favorite store. You can't beat the prices on most of their organic items as well as having good dog foods to keep our dogs happy! The electronics are usually the best price here 👍 I also haven't found such great cooking/baking/mixing items for the kitchen at such a good price for the quality! Great wedding gifts bought here! I love how they're bringing more organic everything; I bought two organic pillows here and they are my very favorites to sleep on now. I WISH the city would allow Costco to open up another store in Missoula... It's getting so crowded and sometimes nearly impossible to find a parking space.

Costco needs to hire someone to answer the dam phone. I was trying to make an important call about some tires I had ordered through Costco "Because they do not stock anything" and I could not get through after 15 minutes of trying. The phone rings and rings and nobody answers. Surely you would think Costco could afford to hire someone to answer the phones, especially when they tap members for such outrageous membership rates. Get a clue Costco and learn about how to service your customers in the tire shop.

This is an absolutely outstanding Costco which sells more per square foot than any other Costco in the Pacific Northwest. Customer service is excellent and the Personnel who works there are extremely helpful and friendly. The only problem is that it is so popular that I it has become very difficult to find a place to park at certain hours.
