This has always been my favourite store, until now.  Shopped on Friday Oct 20, got wonderful deals and great service from a very nice lady.  Went back on Oct 21, because we were told we could keep using the coupons in the newspaper and we also had discounts on our receipt from Oct 20, 2017.  I selected two items and Cindy the sales lady said if I could spend $12 dollars I would get $50 off my bill.  I looked long and hard for something I needed.  After 1 hr and 15 minutes I went back to the till and because Cindy was busy another lady helped me.  She was very nice but was new at the job and confused about the discounts. She had to ask Cindy three times to help her, Cindy barely acknowledged her.  After ringing in the added items she  said they  were not eligible because they were "door crashers" or "yellow dot".  I was not told any of that information before I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes looking.  Cindy agreed with her but totally ignored us and barely helped her.  All I got off was the original sale price, no apology at all from Cincy for wasting my time. No ideas about what I could do to get my discount.  The sales lady who helped us thanked us for our patience.  I was not about to be upset with her as none of it was her fault.   I am completely turned off from that experience with that other sales person.

I really do like shopping here, they do have good product and some good sales...but most of the staff that work here have NO customer service skills, it's like they think they are working in Macy's in New York or something...FYI GIRLS ITS ONLY MONTANA....

Selection isn't great, but it's good. Would like to see NYDJ or Jag available.  Some sale prices aren't really sales. Retail price is jacked up to make the discount look like a sale when it isn't. Know your retail prices, and you'll be okay.

Bought a high end purse on sale, paid about half of what I planned because it rang up cheaper at the register, then the cashier said "just a second, I have a coupon !". Awesome. I've always loved this store 👍
