I've been a customer for many years. Spend alota money there every year. I agree with most of positive comments, but not today. Went to purchase told my card is expired; I said my wallet recently stolen and I didn't have enough cash to make my purchase and renew. The checkout girl was extremely rude . I left. Got a better deal on amazon. They lost a long term customer. Thank god for online retail. I WONT renew.

On my return to Costco wholesale after a ten year hiatus I was pleasantly surprised to find it felt like walking back into my childhood. Nothing had changed but in one of those good ways - where you know you'll find what you hope to see. The Kalispell, Montana Costco location is clean, orderly, and well staffed. I found many of my old favorites and a great selection of new products I had been buying at various supermarkets while constantly telling myself I needed my own Costco membership now that I didn't have access to my parents!

It is Costco. Luckily it is a newer Costco with gas pumps and a LARGE parking lot. I have to admit, the Kalispell Costco staff I have met during the last many years have a nice ”high energy" about them. Even under pressure they remain friendly, attentive and helpful. Costco is Costco the world around... but the staff at the Kalispell Costco are some of the most professional I have met.

What's not to love about Costco. Free Samples, Good Products in bulk, and did I mention the samples :) They also have great deals on Eye wear, Tires and Electronics. I have purchased 3 Frames and one eye exam. I was happy with all. Costco even has the cheapest gas in the Kalispell area, usually beaten buy 3 cents per gallon anywhere.

A lot of great stuff here for a reduced price. I do most of my shopping here because most of the stuff is value pack size and is cheaper than buying at other stores.
