Absolutely worst customer service. I was being run up by a gentleman who to start off was rude, and was paying no attention while working. After ringing up all my items, I asked him to ring up two sweatshirts I had bought separately. He tells me "sure", after asking about three times if they were separate, I had assumed he got the point. Finally the total comes up and he asks me to put in my card. As my card is placed in the chip reader, he PROCEEDS to ring up the next customers. I assumed he knew what he was doing. Before pulling out my card I had asked for my receipt. He then finally looked up as he was continuing to ring up item, after item, after item and realizes all of those purchases were going on MY card. $215 later he looks at me and just starts walking me to customer service. As we begin to straighten everything out, I then asked the customer service woman if I had to wait days for all of this to clear. She specifically says "No, were gonna clear this all out for you now." Walking away I check my bank app on my phone and I see the money is taken out, but not put back. I begin to walk back and ask her why it hasn't refreshed yet. She tells me "it takes 24 hours". That was my initial question I had asked in the first place. I don't know if these people don't understand simple and direct questions or they are just plain stupid. Nothing but attitude, rudeness and misinformation from the moment I had walked in, until I left. Had I had other important checks to go through, of course they would have been able to do nothing about it other than tell me "it takes 24 hours". Awful. Ill refrain from going to this Costco ever again.

I just went to Costco's optical center. Patty helped me pick out frames and was an incredible asset. She listened to what I wanted but gave me a variety of options I would not have necessarily chosen. I was looking at glasses and she came up and helped dispute my not asking for it. That's excellent customer service. The gentleman who rang me up was very efficient, kind, and helpful. I'm so glad I went in and just got my glasses ordered finally! Thanks!

I frequent this place mostly to make deliveries on the back side of the store. The receiver is very professional and to the point. Did I miss your appointment or you will be delayed otherwise you are in and out in a timely manner.

Store is great. Tire center is another story all together. 5 people in line, let’s have just 1 person there. Sigh....

Definitely do your grocery shopping here - but make sure you have someone to share all the food with! Not everything here is cheaper - so be careful that you end up buying things in bulk, but at a more expensive price. Vegetables and greens from here tend to spoil relatively fast from my experience. You're likely not going to find better prices and return policies on electronics anywhere else.
