I love Costco, always has organic whole foods, and at a great deal. Getting the basic Costco card is great. The gold star executive card is even better with 2% annual reward. We always get a check at the end of the year and it pays for the Costco GS executive card and a little more. When you have a big family you can always find what you need at Costco. The customer service is always great, if you find they no longer have a item they will help you find it online. They will add or change an item if people have suggested it as well. The suggestion box are usually located outside the front doors of each location. Each store has basic items same as all stores but I've noticed sometimes a store will carry different items, so we like to shop at different locations. On the weekend they usually have featured foods you can taste, we love that about Costco.

I LOVE Costco! I've always said, I could live there! I can find anything, except Tofu unfortunately. I'm starting to use more organic and they have a pretty good variety of products. The associates are really friendly and super helpful there. I wish they had one down here in Sahuarita.

Sometimes out of an item that they usually have, but all in all great. Employees are fantastic. Return policy very very good. Had purchased a kitchen faucet more than a year ago. It looked good, but was cheaply manufactured Chinese junk (no pun). After trouble with the sprayer, they did a complete refund without a problem or receipt, no question.

Always clean, always easy to get in and out. Staff is always helpful. It seems best to go right when they open or in the evening during a week day. It seems obvious, but I was surprised of how short and fast lines moved at those times.

I love Costco! This particular Costco never seems overly crowded, so it's usually a pleasant experience (and I don't like shopping in these big stores, so that says a lot). It's just my husband and I so we can easily shop once a month or even bimonthly and get what we need, grocery-wise. But we also find great buys on more than food. On my last trip, I found a gorgeous blanket for our bed, and discovered a small kitchen appliance that was $35 less than it was a Walmart. I feel like I'm always buying quality at Costco.
