Nice things but hard to figure out what's on sale and what isn't. Have to buy 40$ of regular price to get 40 per cent off certain other items. They make it tricky. Need a calculator or an accountant with you.

I had an amazing experience at Jcpenny in the Tucson Spectrum. There were some great sale prices and customer service. Martina from lingerie helped me have a great and easy check out and didn’t have to wait in line. Thank you!!

Was in store 15 min. After the doors were opened found everything I wanted.  My sales representative was not in a very festive mood and I was her first customer.   She was rude I had to tell her to stop snapping at me.  Hope she changed after I left.   Merry Christmas.

Very bad service and employees and the lost perversion were following me just cuz I had long hair and I'm a Latino was just looking around and wasn't being suspicious but a woman they're kept on following me everywhere I went and when I walked out the Lost profession was there took a photo of me without me doing anything wrong and went inside and start looking at me from the inside just cuz I was just with long hair and I'm a Latino and I felt that they were racist against me the guy had a brown shirt with blue jeans he has short hair and he was actually fat from the loss prevention and he was pretty much a douchebag cuz she was just looking over my shoulder even though I was standing outside
