I have been a customer for many years so I have enjoyed shopping at Costco but too many items are on and off in recent years. When I find a product I like I want that item and I come to that store it. Recent years too many things aren't available consistently. I buy less and less their as time goes on. I understand the big box concept but recently they started having perishable bakery goods in smaller packages only to require that you buy two. I don't need 20 bagels. I could use 10 but they won't sell one package. I buy them elsewhere like a lot of other things these days. This is just the stuff that comes to mind and I have never had that many items that I buy at Costco to begin with: -The whole wheat sandwich bread suddenly disappeared, no replacement other than more expensive and very dry specialty breads for a month or more, now they occasionally have something similar but you can't count on it being there. -Canned dog food was two flavors in a case then went to a case of each if you wanted two flavors. Now they have one flavor at one store and the other flavor at another store. Update - they have no canned dog food at all. -Big bags of Splenda sweetener is on the shelf some of the time but usually not. -Carnation Instant breakfast went from a bulk container of the powder to premixed ready to use at three times the cost. -Milk is in a funky big mouth jug that spills every time. -Frozen steaks, once a regular purchase for camping are gone but at least I know they won't have any. The clothing, seasonal items, specials should change but the grocery items should either be available or not.

While shopping at Costco I usually have no problems until this past Saturday. While standing in line waiting to check out, you could tell the Cashier was having trouble with ringing up the customer's bill ahead of us. When it came to be our time, the Costco employee, #829 Charles S had to be the most rudest, combative employee and his name tag suggested he was the "Floor Manager." He was rude when demanding our form of payment. When we complained about his behavior he was very combative and told us the prior customer was a really good customer, and he just spent $844. Like that customer was better than us compared to what we spent. It made us feel so discriminated. This employee should be relocated to a position he has no customer contact.

Always great running into Costco, stocking up is what you go to Costco for. Customer service is very good also, you can always grab someone to help you locate items or navigate the large space. I place an order for a birthday cake, they could not fill the order, and was willing to go out of their way to accommodate me. I was satisfied beyond my wildest expectations. Thank you Costco😄

Place is always crowded. Food court has excellent service. Employees are very helpful in finding things. Love their no questions asked return policy.

Pharmacy,. Good prices. Expect a 24 hour delay. Expect that the medication will be put back on the shelf within 5 days. Expect that the staff are too busy to listen to your questions with full attention. I basically come here because it has the best prices for my medication without insurance coverage.
