Love the new gas station! There is always an attendant an is very organized. The new store is great and the food court personnel is always trying to move the members fast through the long lines can't blame them.

The Costco is fabulous and feels bigger, although much has improved I liked the older Costco before this Move. I guess it is a matter of getting use to the new layout. I do suggest putting a guide or map on the Carts to make it easier to locate Items rather then searching endlessly for a certain Item.

We love Costco and we always will, but this new store doesn't live up to the potential it had. The traffic flow in this store is worse than the older store it replaces. For example the clearance in front of the checkout Lanes is less than before and the restrooms are position less conveniently than before. There is a huge bottleneck behind the meat department that always forces traffic into a narrow space. The parking lot flow is a disaster and they left out all the trees. The people are awesome and the service is always top notch and the food is still fresh and appealing so we will always come here anyways.

I love shopping at Costco, I have been a client for almost 5 years. However, I had a really bad experience at this location, one cashier was very disrespectful and rude. Also the manager did not have any customer service skills. I believe that they should improve how they treat the clients.
