Yo, why is it that the Costco's in Dallas don't have the Italian sausage option on the menu.  That bad boy is solid.  Grilled, pepper and onions over an Italian sausage on a roll.  

I have been to this Costco a few times and noticed that it is never really full of patrons.  Lines are pretty short.  They have the basic items you can find at every Costco.  Solid service, no real complaints with this Costco.

I have never written a bad review before, However I have never been so disappointed in Costco and the customer service I received.  My husband and I have been members since they opened in Montgomery.  We have ALWAYS used one card.  I was in Costco on Friday and was only purchasing 4 boxes of mints and was told because my husband was the name on the account that "only members can shop here!"   I understand that they are trying to keep it for members only, but we have the same last name, I wasn't trying to buy a ton of product, and both the cashier and supervisor were very UNHELPFUL to say the least.  
From a customer service stand point, they should have let me make my purchase and tell me next time it would have to be different or they need to start checking cards AND NAMES at the door before getting to the checkout!

Costco happens to be one of my favorite stores. My wife and I go to Costco once or sometime twice a week. The store is always clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable for buying in bulk .

Had to make a return of an item we purchased yesterday.  We went right in without having to wait.  Then went in to get some milk and a couple of other things. The store was crowded, but got our items quickly and they had most all of their checklanes open, so we're able to check out quickly.

Good visit,  always enjoy Costco.  Cashiers could take a bit more care n handling purchases. What happened to the organic chicken n the can??? I've been looking for it for over a year
