Staff at register was rude as if I was an inconvenience to them to check out. It wasn't only me. Walmart's in Montgomery gave really declined something awful. There's no respect for customers who pay their salary. When you can't get a price or reach an item & when you do locate someone... they're in a group huddle talking about non work related stuff, on their phones, even found one sleeping in the lawn department on the bottom shelf. Customer service is not good. Store isn't clean. Bathroom was nasty. And isles blocked with stocking boxes.

Don’t ever try to go to customer service here. Despite 9 people in line and several assocuates walking around, only one person consistently mans the desk. You will be waiting in line for 30 minutes easily despite associates openly staring at you. Avoid this Walmart if at all possible.

While this location has very friendly and polite staff I find that many items in the store are expired, so I always have to check dates. Stock is not consistent. Have bought chips that I get home and find have a hole in the bag and are stale. Produce is mediocre, lots of bruised fruit and vegetables. Almost as if they just threw stuff around. Meat prices are absolutely outrageous, those of us who are not on food stamps cannot afford their prices. Store is often dirty, and restrooms are nasty. Find a lot of employees in the back of store having conversations with each other instead of working. Almost always have security guards at front of store, makes you feel unsafe knowing that a Walmart has to have security guards.

I found everything I needed, the store was well stocked and every employee I met was friendly and courteous. I was also very pleased that I didn't have to wait long to checkout - only 2 ahead of me. Today a very "Happy Shopper".

Paying customers shouldn't have to stand in line 15 to 20 minutes to pay for their food or go through Self checkout. Self checkout is a sleek way of doing the employees Job!!! So Not Fair! Please Open More Check out Lines Especially When the Lines are 10 to 15 customers LONG!!!
