Great experience! My mom got her membership and I decided to go with her. It was my first time and I got the best customer service from a young man named Erick, he helped me find what I needed but also offered to help in anything else I needed. Many of the employees were also great!

Costco is my favorite store to blow an hour in. Always changing up the seasonal stock and clothing options. Bulk buys of your favorite food and top quality meets. In addition Costco has the best food court lunch options around. It can get a bit busy but the food quality is excellent and inexpensive. Hot dog and drink combo $1.50! Or get a blended coffee for less than $1.70.

It may just be that this is the way it is in Southern California, because up until this visit I'd only been to Costco Stores in Austin TX, Colorado Springs, CO, Denver CO and Fargo, ND - however, I did not enjoy my 3 shopping experiences at this location over the past few months. The staff are abrupt, unhelpful, and not interested in fostering good communication with members. The store is very busy (long lines for the gas station, competition to find a parking space) and the selection inside the store is very comprehensive. It is stressful to shop here.

I love Costco... but, this store in the Tustin District is poorly managed. Aisles with discarded carts, too crowded, too late to add cashiers. They made the front aisle perpendicular to the checkout area so now there are only 2.5 ways to geet there and it creates traffic jams. Multiple complaints and nothing changes.

Customer service is great. Place is clean and orderly. No open boxes or clothes on the floor. Lines can get a bit long, but they keep them flowing a long.
