Was looking for a masonry screw. They didn’t have the right size. So they sold me other bolts saying that they were strong enough. I normally don’t believe anyone but really didn’t want to take the trip to Home Depot. I should’ve listened to myself... never believe the employees without backup proof.... The bolts they gave me weren’t even strong enough at all. They just made the job harder and now I have a bathroom that isn’t functioning for thanksgiving. Will only go back if I know exactly what I need without assistance. They are worthless. I’m so angry.

Since my last post, I want to thank Miranda from Customer Service and Al, the assistant manager at Ace in Smithtown, for taking responsibility for the problem made by a faulty key and addressing it in the best way possible by replacing the damaged locks. This is the right way to build a customer base. Thank you.

Nice clean store. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. I always find what I'm looking for and always manage to pick up a great decoration

I suggest you go to Home Depot. The people I dealt with there do not know how to drive a nail. This place is just not worth the trouble nor the extra cost.
