SCAM ARTISTS!!! STAY AWAY!!! My girlfriend has purchased from this store previously and the last deal she got they blatantly lied to her stating she was getting a free mobile hotspot device when in reality it was a $10 per month charge that we couldn't get out of without paying a cancellation fee! Well today we decided to give this place one more chance... We went there to purchase an iPhone 6s for her daughter for her birthday. On the Verizon website, this phone is advertised as $18 and change per month. When we went to the store the staff member immediately scoffed at the idea of getting such an "inadequate phone". After I insisted, he goes to get the phone. This phone was definitely used and not new! Not sealed and the box was ripped. He then proceeds to inform us that its more than the 7 because they have a promo on the 7. He quoted me a price of $25 per month for the 6s!!! Absolute lie and ripoff!!! We left the store and went to a corporate Verizon store and wouldn't you know...I got the 6s for the $18/month that is advertised! Stay away from this place! Liars and scammers!!!

This store and the salesmen are shady, liars, and flat out disrespectful to customers. They will upsell you any phone without telling you any of the stipulations of the deal and feign ignorance when asking pertinent questions. There is no transparency in any transaction. I bought/upgraded my phone for a "great" deal on black friday and come to find out later that in order to get the deal (the price of the phone nearly cut in half), they upgraded my family's entire data plan costing us an extra $50 per month without my knowledge or written agreement. I was specifically worried about this because the deal seemed too good to be true, but the salesman reassured me that this would not be the case and my current plan "qualified" for the deal. They tell you to call "Verizon" after you buy the phone from them when it's already too late. When you try to return the phone after finding out you bought from them under false promises and pretenses they will not take the merchandise back because of an inane reason - (like the paper sleeve that comes over the cardboard box in which the phone was sold is not present). This place and TCC (the cellular connection) in general is a scam. Look at their BBB ratings. Do not buy from this company. Salesmen are dishonest and will do anything to make a commission.

Had to upgrade my sons line while trading in a device. Was a seamless process and was assisted as soon as I walked in. It was not my original plan, but I ended up saving money by switching to a new family plan! I definitely recommend them if you want fast service, clean storefront, and looking for savings.

I made the decision to break up with at&t and received a great deal with verizon. Paola my Verizon sales rep set me up on a great plan and now I pay 30$ less 👏🏾👏🏾 Highly recommend this store they're very helpful and find what fits your needs.

Hard working team, I was helped with my upgrade and to top it all off I added two tablets for just 2 dollars. They did the best they could to help me find savings and get what I need. Highly recommend visiting this store.
