The office manager has always been helpful and nice when I have needed information she has always gotten it for me.  I live in the area and other than my daughter having one incident with another tenant we have not had any problems.

This place charges way to much for rent. No security. We have had our house and most of the neighbors broken into!! Bicycles stolen! Pets go missing. Drugs being sold at the community park!! Teens spray painting on peoples cars and houses. This place is a joke.

This looks like a decent place, a little worn around the edges. 
Pursuant to a Craigslist ad, I've called twice on different days during business hours with no answer or return call, and when I drove up, they'd closed earlier than their posted hours. How can you do business if you're not there and don't bother to pick up the phone?
