Front desk clerk was really nice. Room however was not all the great. Beds were hard as a rock, the bathtub did not look like it had been cleaned in forever. Found old used soap still in the shower. One of the burners to the stove did not work.. Hallways had a nasty mildew sour smell. On the 1st night we were woken up by the fire alarm going off around 11:30. SOmeone from the hotel advised that this happens all the time. It took forever for someone to get the alarm to go off.

If you need illegal drugs that's the place. Oh and life threats are ok from other people even to the cops know about it..yes I spent time there but I couldn't afford a room and pot every week. Thanks to a married couple with 3 kids ,and the wife smoking all my pot. Oh it helps with eating when you have a heart and brain problem and yes i have the scars and hospital records to prove it.....so great place? You decide.

-5 Stars!!!! Rock Hard Beds, Crappy WiFi, Dryers do NOT DRY, smells of weed, Not enough parking, Tiny Bathrooms with No Waterpressure and You have to walk your own trash to an outside dumpster.....For What I paid I expected a bit more. I didn't expect Hilton treatment just fair service. Next time I will do more research before reserving a room somewhere for a big event. I sure won't ever stay here again and I will be sure to Tell everyone I know Not to come to In town Suites in Kannapolis N.C.

Loved it! I've stayed here multiple times & ive had a good experience Everytime room wise. I was kinda stereotyped off my Look by staff when I first came to the hotel, but once I was there for a few days they were fine.

It smelled like fried fish, they only had a maid service once a week and if you missed them then you were out of luck. I didn't have hot water in my shower thank God I had family who live near by I wouldn't wish this place on anyone
