I am so pleased with my birthday balloon order! It was delivered as requested, same day, and with the personal touch I requested - specific colors and theme! And, on a Sunday! I truly believe they went above and beyond with my order and I'm so grateful. I ordered from out of state, and was anxious to hear about the quality of the delivery once it arrived. My son posted his balloons on Facebook and I could see the evidence of quality in all the added details and obvious personalized service that went into my order. I will definitely order from Cottage Flowers again! It's nice to know there is a family business that I can support and depend on while ordering from a distance.

Very Disappointed...Unprofessional!...Ordered roses to be delivered on Valentine's Day 2015 about 10 days in advance...received a call on 2-14-15 that my wife was not home when delivery was attempted, I confirmed the address, which was correct & informed them she was at home all day. I was transferred to the manager who answered the phone as "Hello, we cannot guarantee any delivery times" as though she was an outgoing message. When the delivery did come the driver called my wife when they arrived at our apartment complex to ask her which door was ours even though the apartment number was given with the order and confirmed. We are in a third floor apartment and my wife had to go downstairs to get her dozen red roses because the driver who appeared fit said they could not go up the stairs. I called to voice my concerns and was again transferred to the "Manager" who answered the phone with "Hello, we cannot guarantee any delivery times". When I was able to explain my concerns she replied that " Valentine's Day is their busiest day and they could not guarantee anything". Very Disappointed in their lack of planning for their busiest day, their apparent lack of vetting temporary drivers, their lack of any managerial phone etiquette, and their shield of excuses. Businesses can become overwhelmed at times but since this is not their first or second Valentine's Day, this shows a history of disregard for their consumers needs and lack of real customer service unless the level of business transactions in any particular day is at their comfort level without any regard for the needs of their customers... Very Disappointed...will not use them again.

Cottage Flowers has saved best friend's wedding! I can not begin to tell you how pleased I was with them! My best friend was getting married and we needed daisies for the aisle decorations. This was the one thing that she had not compromised on...It had to be right! The day before the wedding the flowers that had been ordered from a different florist came in. The person who had ordered them had said natural shasta daisies. They were NEON colors... no white. After many frantic calls to Pendleton's florist shops who refused to sell me just stems of daisies, Cottage Flowers had the natural ones we needed, explained that because there were several blooms per stem we may not need as many stems as we thought we needed and saved us about $30! THANK YOU SO MUCH! You have definately earned my business!

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered on Valentines Day 2014. I placed my order three days in advance, and expected no problems. However, Valentines Day came and went and NO FLOWERS!!! I had called Cottage Flowers to confirm delivery for the 14th and she said that they had over 400 deliveries today. She told me that they had 10 trucks, and that they would NOT stop untill all was delivered, but she did confirm that they had her order and it would be delivered. I confirmed that address, and thanked her for her time. I felt good that the flowers would be delivered that evening. However, I got a call the morning of the 15th, and NO FLOWERS!!!! Here is it Saturday, I do now know if they are open, but I tried to call, NO Answer... I go to the website to possibly track the delivery, and the website says they are OFFLINE... I don't know what happen but I am NOT HAPPY. The flowers cost $96.95 + a delivery fee of $6.95. I understand that a local florist can get busy on this important day, but as a business, if they can not DELIVER, they should not take the ORDER. If they are overbooked or don't have the resources, they shoulod have told me and I would use another florist. Because of this, I will NO longer use the Cottage Flowers in Hermiston. Beause I travel so often with my job, I will not trust the Cottage to deliver something as important as Valentines Day Flowers. I will use the internet or another local florist.
