Terrible customer service. Rude on the phone. Choose a different pizza place. They used to have good service, but the last couple times I’ve ordered it’s been terrible. Will not be ordering from this Cottage Inn again.

I don't like the food here. Everytime I get food here the food is always prepared awfully. The presentation of the food is bad and makes me not feel good eating it because I don't know if it was prepared well. I don't know why I always get the bad luck of getting awful food here because I've been to other Cottage Inns with better food. I always end up feeling like I wasted my money because I had to throw the food away instead of finishing it.

The lunch buffet is well worth the price.  I don't make a salad, but have seen others do it and it looks pretty good for my food's food.  My strategy is to get there at 11am to get a good round of breadsticks and basic pizza offerings.  By the time I've finished the 2nd round, they usually bring out a few more pies and another stack of fresh breadsticks.  Additionally, the timing lets me choose a good seat to watch other people reach for food.  The human decision making process is fascinating to observe.  Plus somebody eventually drops something and it always makes me laugh.

Stopped in to have the lunch buffet. I had their pizza's that were available and the desert sticks. The food tasted good but all of it was cold. They don't have a warmer at the buffet to keep it warm. The selection of the popular toppings was not available most of the time.

I highly recommend you don't order from this location, unless you want to be scammed out of money.  I ordered one order of bacon cheese bread and one order of chicken wings from this location through the Grub Hub app Thursday evening (4/20/17).  As soon as the order went through someone at the store called me and said Grub Hub was "making changes" to their system and as a result my cheese bread was coming up as costing free on their end.  They said they'll still make it but I'd have to pay for it in person. When I came to pick it up they said the chicken wings were paid for but that I'd have to pay for the cheese bread separately, so I did.  Then I found out yesterday that I was still charged the full amount through PayPal, instead of only being charged for the chicken wings since I paid for the cheese bread separably.  So all in all one order of cheese bread and one order of chicken wings cost me about $27 instead of $18.  I've been a consistent customer for this place and I'm just in disbelief that a national business like Cottage Inn would commit such blatant exploitation of their customers.  This isn't just a small mistake, this is them stealing.  Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
