It was great until tonight. I have been ordering late night from this location since the first week they opened, 10-15 years ago.  Tonight after I placed my order I got a return call from a new manager that decided that he can't send drivers here anymore because there is another location that delivers to me in the day.  I'm literally 5 minutes away max.  Totally hurt.   I've been a customer forever.  Maybe he won't last very long at this store and I can get my favorite sandwiches delivered again. Freaky not fast... when you don't get the food you order instead you get a call saying you'll get your money back.  Then you order dominos even tho that's not what you're in the mood for.  Bummer.

By far one of the worst Jimmy John’s I have ever been to in this country. The workers are very rude not professional they rush you especially the lady that works the night shift she’s very rude

It's Jimmy John's.  

Bad location for car customer.  Parked in the no-parking zone on south side of store hoping Jimmy John's speed would enable me to get in and get out.  The Spider-Man of an Ann Arbor Meter Maid popped out of nowhere and gave me a ticket while I watched him waiting on the sandwiches (once they got you, they got you).  Got my 2 x Vito's and a $25 ticket.  

Worth it?
Yes.  It's Jimmy John's.
