The Cottage Inn pizza is above average and decent stuff. It is unfortunate the last three times I have been here, I have had to wait for 20 minutes after the estimated time provided by their online ordering system. This is such a huge inconvenience when you are wanting to jump into your weekend. The most recent visit, I walked in and waited in line with about ten people in front of me. There were another 8 parties sitting and waiting for their pickup orders to be finished. There were some pretty patient and impatient people. You guys really need to hire more people at the W. Stadium location. It is quite ridiculous.

The pizza always shows up hot and they always get it right, there are not allot of pizza shops that can say the same thing. Their crust is crispy which I love! Toppings are always plentiful, once again some pizza shops skimp on the good stuff. Delivery drivers are friendly and they always say hi to my kids. If there was one thing I would say happened was one time was back when i was still drinking Pepsi they forgot it but this is how great they are, the driver came back with 2 Pepsis. Solid service and great pizza, a winning combo in my book!

I've had some bad pizzas from this place and slow service. But it has improved. Lately. Just be careful on Michigan game days. Allow for more time.

Awesome staff! I ordered two pizzas for delivery and completely forgot to ask for no cheese on them (lactose intolerant/vegan). I didnt realize it until the delivery guy was already gone, so I called back and just planned on ordering two more pizzas, sans cheese. I mentioned it to the guy I talked to on the phone (the second time), and he put his manager on the phone. I was not expecting this at all. The manager said he would put in my order again with no cheese for NO EXTRA CHARGE (!!!) and that I could just give the pizzas I had received (with cheese) back to the delivery guy. This made my entire week. He was so nice and very understanding. Will definitely be ordering from here again. The pizza tastes great too--with or without cheese :)
