Pizza delivery is always late, no matter what day it is. The price is very high for the quality of product received. If you pay with a card, they expect a tip to be put on at that moment. I feel they need to implement a 30 minute delivery window, but then they would close down due to loss of money. I just got my pizza 50 minutes after the delivery window, and half my cheese has slid off the pizza. Way to go cottage inn, no customer care what so ever. Oh yeah, if you call and complain, they will either hang up (no matter how polite you are. I was calm and trying to be understanding), or they tell you they are doing what they can to get it out. Rediculous! Why doesn't home office care?

Great pizza every single time. Also when you order a pizza ask for there pesto it's the best! The only issue I have ever had was they have messed up a couple orders in the past. If you want a good pizza they will always get that right!

Food has always been fantastic when delivered. This particular time we decided to pick up, and the customer service was outstanding. We had a large order so there was a little bit of a wait which is 100% to be expected. While waiting an employee offered us a couple two liters for the trouble. That was an example of going above and beyond. Very satisfied will absolutely recommend to anyone looking for good pizza in the area. Thank you!

Love this place always helpful staff always awesome food! Great place for pizza and chicken cordon bleu is the best pizza!
