My wife called to set up an appointment and was told an agent would call her back.  No one called.  I decided to call and give them a second chance, and set up an appointment with Jack.  He was nice enough to come in early to accommodate our busy schedule.  Unfortunately, he never came to the office at our scheduled time and we didn't receive a response after leaving a voicemail and waiting for 15 minutes!  Cottonwood Insurance is a broker of Bear River - a Utah based Insurance Company.  They didn't represent themselves very well.  I've since contacted American National and Allstate, both of which have been very professional and responsive.  Good Luck with Insurance hunting!

This place is such a disorganized mess. First, I called their office to make an appointment to meet up with any of their available agent. They said that they were going to call me back. However, they never did. Next time that I called I did make an appointment with an agent Jack. My husband had to take a time off from work to meet up this agent. Well, agent Jack never showed up. This is such an unprofessional place. If I could give them a 0 star I would certainly do so.

I can't speak highly enough of Chris Pizza and his team. He's been my insurance broker for my personal and business insurances for over 3 years. I give him a hard time by making him competitively bid out our policies every year and he beats the competition every time. He's also easy to reach and quick to respond to any issues, claims, or questions we have. I've never met a more knowledgeable and hard working agent than Chris.

Great company. We have worked with Ben Bagley for the past 5 years or so, and he is always super friendly, helpful,  and quick to get us an answer on whatever questions we have!
