This was a really good teeth cleaning and hygiene experience. The dental hygienist was super friendly and it was really easy to talk to her. 

They gave me solid advice about decay prevention. I felt like I was in good hands. They showed genuine concern for the well-being of my mouth. 

There was an amazing playlist made by Dr. Groesbeck himself.

My father recommended Cougar Dental Center to me so I figured I would give it a try. I was incredibly pleased when I went in for a cleaning and a consultation about wisdom teeth removal. The hygienist that was working on my cleaning, Audrey, was incredibly pleasant to talk to, explained what she was doing in detail, and made me feel confident in the work that the office does. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Provo/Orem area looking for a dentist.

Awesome Dentists and Staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Reading through the few negative reviews, they seem to be mostly issues with insurance companies and not the actual business. Definitely a 5 star business and best dental office around!

Friendly/knowledgeable DMD and staff. I love how friendly Megan , Ashley and the rest of the crew at cougar dental are. They make you feel important . Thank you all.
Todd Groesbeck is an awesome dentist with the willingness to work with his patients. 
I highly recommend this place.

Pretty frustrating experience overall.  The dentist is a really nice guy, but the service ended up being pretty poor.  My appointment ended up going 90 minutes over for a crown and a few fillings.  During the appointment, they messed up on the crown mold twice, and had to settle with a temporary crown and rescheduled me to come back and get a crown done another time.  This forced me to take more time off work.

They also misquoted what my insurance would cover by 230 dollars.  When I called in to see if they could adjust the payment due because of their misquoted rate, they said they would speak to the dentist and call me back within the next day or two.  I never got a call back, but three weeks later I got a bill in the mail.

Thanks, but I most likely won't be back.
