I was supposed to have an appointment with this person but when I called her she told me that she needed to look at her calendar and never called me back even though a few days before I personally walked into her shop and scheduled an appointment and I needed to reschedule it that's bad they are not a lot of shops in the western suburbs in Illinois that are consistent and dedicated to their client it's like they don't care

I went there today and had one of the worst experiences since I've been getting my hair braided. I made the appointment 2 weeks ago and then the lady called last night to confirm. I called her back this morning and she changed the appointment to 1/2 hr later. She was then late for that appointment. While I was waiting I told the other person I was THINKING about changing my mind to another hairstyle. She called the person I had the appointment with and told her I wanted the different hairstyle. While on the way without checking with me, she made other appointments during my time slot. Then when she got there I decided to keep my original style and she looked at me as if I needed to take the style her coworker told her about. I was in the middle of asking if I should leave and make another appointment and she said yes you can leave!! Wow!! The site is making me give a start because they don't deserve any!

I went from Comb Twists to the African Braids, and everyone loves them. Nice place.
