HORRIBLE! I couldn't choose less than 1 Star. I went in w/a gift card for $20 from a charity event, made my apt for ONLY a cut, NO wash/dry, when I got there Leslie (hairstylist) had them wash my hair because "her nose is running & she needed to clean-up" so I thought it was a courtesy. Then she says should I take off 2", I said ,"no, I am try to keep long" & she said, "OK". Then she said, "I will dry your hair otherwise when you go outside it will freeze." SHE CHARGED ME $20 EXTRA FOR SOMETHING SHE WANTED NOT ME!!!! She even said, "I am just going to charge you for the blow dry" (THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR!!!) And to top it off, before I went to this "salon" I could put my hair in a ponytail that went down PAST my shoulders, NOT ANYMORE, she cut all my length off now it only reaches ALMOST above my collar!!! What a scam!!! I notified the charity event coordinator as well!!!!!!

Went for the first time about two months ago for a cut and highlights.  It was recommended to me by two ladies at work whose hair I've admired.  I was amazed by the warm friendliness of everyone there.  These ladies are really concerned that you love the way you look when you're done.  I left feeling not only like I'd gotten a great cut and some nice color, but like I had met family!  Good stuff.
