If i could give 10 stares i would. I have now taken all three of my dogs here and I will forever be a life time customer. My dog had not eaten in five days and after countless diagnosis and hundreds of dollars later at other vets who kept feeding us antibiotics that where not working, this vet took one look at her and knew what the issue was. My pup was eating the next morning. Her vast knowledge of the animal's health is mind blowing. We love how she not only gives us the treatment for the main issue but talks us through many preventative measures to take so it doesn't happen again. Not only are our pets healthier after leaving there but they are healthier all around because of her amazing advice that we were not charged for. I've never gotten the impression that she is trying to sell me medicine my pup doesn't need nor push anything else she is selling there. I believe she is truly in it for the health of the animal and her prices and services show that.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have a 4 month old German Shepard, that we have taken here previously for her shots, she was about 2 1/2 months at the time. She recently developed a lump on her front paw so we decided to take her back to have it looked at. When we got there we realized we forgot the money to pay so I decided to stay there with our dog to get looked at while my boyfriend went back to the house to get the money. The vet comes out in the waiting room to look at our (4 month old hyper) PUPPY and she jumps up and the vet immediately smacks our dogs face, & then proceeds to hold our dogs snout shut while our dog is whimpering and cowering on the floor while saying our PUPPY is very ill mannered. During all of this she tells me that the lump will go away on its own and that we can have it removed if we want to. I calmly tell her that we will have it removed but not at her clinic and that it's not her place to smack someone else's dog, she tells me that she deals with people that actually train her dog and doesn't like being scratched, so I again, explain to her that she is a 4 MONTH OLD PUPPY, she is going to be hyper but she is well trained. Plus the fact that German Shepard puppies are hyper to begin with. There are several other people that hang around there, and one man who clearly knew her then opens the door and tells me "bye" Since my boyfriend had left to go get the money they expected a 7 month pregnant woman to stand outside while raining and wait for him. Overall, this place might be cheap prices but I guess you get what you pay for because she is extremely rude and obviously is in the wrong profession if she cannot handle puppies jumping and doesn't want to be scratched. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention she has several animals on her property just tied up or sheep limping around that are clearly injured. This is a vet that obviously seems to be in it for the money, not because she cares for animals.

Dr. Cassatt is a very caring, compassionate person, she loves animals and loves what she does!

Can I give -negitive stars?  This is the vet that has taken such great care of the pets at the Carthage humane society, of course I'm being fecitious..she should be ashamed!!!!  How can anyone trust a vet that would allow such suffering to continue and stand back and do nothing?  Shame shame shame!!!!!!

I love this place! The Dr. Is awsome and I know my animal is extremely well taken of. Everyone there is excellent in their field.
