I need an floral arrangement for my mother's birthday. I called to place the order. The gentleman was extremely helpful. Gave me ideas, asked if I had a price point I wanted to stay within. The flowers were beautiful. I'm extremely happy and will ordering from them again.

I received a bouquet of flowers as a gift, and when I filled up the case it was leaning! Not only did it leak onto my wood dresser, when we called the shop to replace it they stated they were about to close and couldn’t help us that day, to come back on Monday. So until Monday they wanted my gorgeous flowers to sit in a pot so I couldn’t even enjoy them, and by Monday they were closed due to ‘unexpected corcumstances’. The individuals in the store were incredible rude about it, and I can absolutely guarantee I will never recommend this place to anyone! A gift that was meant to bring joy and happiness brought frustration  instead!

I had to arrange the delivery from overseas, and the customer service was super attentive with my order and sent it on time. The person that got the flowers was super happy and loved them. beautiful arrangement, will totally use again :D

The team at country lane worked very hard to complete my online / phone order. Time needed to create a masterpiece and the time to deliver was a great concern. I am very pleased and as always, they exceeded my expectations! You must be very proud to have an elite team. Thank you and God Bless

I always use Country Lane and I never worry about the quality because they have always done an awesome job and always exceeded my expectations. I recommend them to everyone whos looking for an outstanding florist!
