I ordered some flowers to be sent to the hospital after a family surgery. My family member was discharged early, but was aware that the flowers were to arrive so the hospital staff was to call once they were delivered. After hearing nothing on the day of delivery I assumed that the delivery didn't have time. I received a call a few days later to say the delivery was attempted but that the recipient was gone. I asked why the flowers were not left with the staff since they were aware that flowers were to be delivered and was told that they didn't know the circumstances of the delivery. I was further going to be charged more for a home delivery or refunded minus the delivery charge because of the attempt for delivery. Just a little disappointed, I wish I would have been contacted once there was a misunderstanding in the delivery instead of days later.

This review is after a summer of growing the plants.

The plants survived for the most part. One tomato died, but that is likely my fault. I'll be coming back next year if I get the chance to grow a garden again. 

The staff gave me advice for my first garden and even helped me pick out some herbs. I was surprised when I found they sold ghost peppers too. Can't wait to harvest them.

Loving the fact that this place is a go-to for common and hard to find plants and flowers.  They're reasonably priced, well organized and sort of eclectic and far from stuffy, which is a welcoming breath of fresh air.  Some nurseries have plant experts that seem snotty and quite unfriendly...not the case here.  These folks are top notch in customer service and friendliness.  I will be shopping here from now on.

So many things wrong.  Everyone say the people were nice, well not what I seen.  They got our order wrong.  We paid for them to places the flowers were we wanted them, when I walked in the flowers were in a box on the floor. So many other things just will never use them again for anything.

Put in my first real garden in '17, had a lot to learn (and still do.)  Becks staff was very good at answering all my questions, patiently and politely.  Had a lot of fun planting, and now harvesting the fruits of our labor with the wife and kids. Thanks Becks! See you in the spring of '18.
