I have been visiting this facility for a number of years now. Every time I visit the staff are friendly and anticipate any needs I have. It's always a joy to walk into this facility. It is obvious that the administration really cares about their employees and their patients. I would recommend this facility to a loved one who needed the help.

I really enjoyed my visit to the facility where the Admin personally brought me around and gave me a tour. The facility felt clean and a warm atmosphere. I would bring my parents here!

If there was a 0 rating, that would be it. I am in the process of moving my Mom out of here right now. She has fallen twice. I've walked in and seen other people asking for help and no one doing anything as well as walking in on a dietician trying to help my Mom (luckily and gratefully) because she was butt naked sitting in her own urine and no CNA's around because they were ALL on break at the same time (Yes, confirmed by Administration). I could go on, but you get the point. A 5 Star facility this is not.
