Do not in force the rules in the contract everyone gets. Price goes up in lot rent quality of neighborhood goes down. The manager speaks down to you like you are trash. It wouldn't let me give zero stars so I had to give one.

Ever since the new owners took over, the rules have sucked. We use to love in Countryview before and we're allowed to have our 3 cats. All cats are fixed and declawed so no issues. Now we cant live there because we have 3 and the limit is 2.

Will not work with you at all. Say they will give you time to pay, than a few days later evict you.

Ok place. Leaves notes on your door to clean stuff that is visible in the yard but can't fix the pot holes that are every where in the court.
