Clean. Good pads. On site laundry, shower, and restrooms - requires a door code. Quick access nearby to any kind of shopping or restaurants. Internet available though you'll need to call the local cable company to get wired service. Non-contract plans available. Wireless is free but spotty due to the volume of people on it. Right on interstate and under airbase flight path, so it's noisy.

Great staff that go out of there way to make sure you get a site you like. My site was large and level. Power and water was real good. Even got Dish to come in. Cable is included and worked great. They are working on the park all the time to make it better but for the price it was a bargain.

Well I am a Auditor for the Wind energy sector and had to come up to Brandon,SD in the middle of Jan. Temps have been mild for winter in SD but still that being said still had several issues. We are first time fifth wheel owners and didn't know much about them and made alot of mistakes but the young man i believe his name was Jordan that works and lives at campground came over checked on us realized we had problems, I know even though he worked late he actually came over helped me get water, used some of his own items to replace my broke items. I couldn't believe how nice they were and although the campground itself is close to interstate and planes do fly over but not all night just once in a while I didn't really notice it and was never woke up by anything to loud, we are hard sleepers with tv on or or any other noise going to me you couldn't really hear much, spaces are a lil tight when packed in but campground is clean in town and the Employees here are def why I would come back especially Jordan this Guy needs to own this campground or some other buisness he knows what customer service is !!!!!!!!!! Hats off to the this guy (jordan) for sure !!!!!!!!!! Overall I would def stay here again and as long as u aren't light sleepers you won't notice some of the complaints here.

Great bathrooms. Huge shower stalls and climate controlled. There are sirens and people active all night. There are blinding street lamps that will keep you up all night. Bright white fluorescent is not a good street light. Picnic tables on 200 loop are plastic and ready to fall over. Great bathrooms, bad sleep.

Very disappointed. We showed up at 5p on 10/19/2016 paid $80 for two nights was given the space number to "pull-through". That space was occupied. We were very tired after 12 hours of driving. Called the office and watched someone knock on the door of the rv in "our" space for about 5 minutes. Then told he would drive around and find us an empty space. He led us to a different space. This morning we found out we can get our rig in the shop so I call at noon to ask for the 2nd night refund. They said no because check out is at 11a. I said we have only been here for 18 hours. They said no it is our policy. You know we have stayed in hotels from Motel 6 to very expensive private resorts and they will let you stay a few hours past checkout no problem. This place is loud and expected in the middle of the city by an interstate, but the kindness and simple customer service was lacking for us. We will not stay here again. How this review could have been much different with a simple gesture of refunding our money for the night that we did not stay. So disappointed. Greed over good customer service. I guess someone has to pay for the people that stole our original spot and those people paying was us.
