Let me start off by saying my discount at County Dental in Dallas Ga actually cost me $443 more than what was quoted to me. When the Marietta office decided that even though the Dallas office manager agreed that I was overcharged on my initial visit by $800. We agreed to use the overpayment to finish my dental work (3 crowns). Six months later, the Marietta office said the Dallas office  was wrong In their calculations. I had to pay the $443 or be sent to collections. Of the 3 back teeth I had crowned, I had 2 of the crowns reinstalled and one of them have come off so often that I gave up having it reinstalled. I Won’t go back again.

County Dental Providers are always extremely pleasant to me. They listen to my concerns and accommodate accordingly.  This is one of a few companies that actually does what they say they will do. They go above and beyond to make me feel both comfortable and welcome. I appreciate all they do for me.

Horrible experience. I asked for a referral to an orthodontist for braces and was told they could do them in the office. After a year and a half my teeth still were not correct. I got my braces off and was told a retainer would straighten them out. It didn't and they are just as bad as when I went in. I wasted 2800.00 and no one will even call me back from the office. They broke one of my teeth in the process and won't return my call about that either. Through a text from the office manager I was told that "orthodontics was such a small part of the practice and that dr. Johnstons area is general dentistry" wish they would have told me that before they took my money. Horrible experience. My teeth hurt all the time, still have a broke tooth and can't get a call back. As a patient that spent a lot of time there they also bad mouth other patients that come in. Right in front of patients they are working on. Steer clear of this dentistry it's a JOKE. And if they mess you up, they will avaoid you at all cost.
