I went to this office a year ago after an accident I had that hurt my teeth. I was told I didn't need any more root canals in the two I had already had another office my teeth started hurting terribly this past week and I called the after hour service to see what I could do for the pain until I can get in I was told by April the front office person that she would keep my phone number in her phone and call me the very next morning and let me know when they could work me in for an emergency visit because they were full the next day I waited and didn't hear anything and then my husband's brother died so I had to endure the pain another couple days and finally called her back she said that she told me to call her on Monday which was not the case I even asked her on the phone that night to make sure she didn't forget she said I want I'll keep your number in my phone so when I called her today she said that I would have to come in for a consult and some tests that would cost a hundred sixty something dollars and went over all these prices which was not the issue I did not ask her any prices I said then he won't be able to help me out of pain if I come into you know whenever you can see me have to come in for a console and then reschedule for another visit later down the road with me and pain she said yes that's the way we will do that and so I told her I would just go back to the other doctor that I'd seen prior to this visit she also pull my chart was telling me everything that I had done a year ago and said so what's your new problem because you didn't need any more root canals I explain to her I told her everything the other night and continued to tell her the new problems and was told I have to go through all this testing and evaluation and consults before they could do anything but was very quick to tell me all the prices which I told her was a deterrent because it didn't even ask her the prices more concerned about that than getting me in or the pain I was in. I have observed that April feels like she is the boss there and is not caring.

Wonderful Staff was very caring and went an extra mile to help me with a health situation.  Dr. Binn took time in a very sterile environment to carefully do procedure. I know he was able to work me in and staff worked overtime. I went from pain that rendered me useless to feeling like a new person . I regained busy schedule within 24 hours.. He and all three of his assistants were empathetic  to my pain. Thank you Root Canal Place!!

I was a nervous wreck! I’m always nervous at the dentist but just the word Root Canal made me even more anxious. Dr. Binns put me at ease and was so patient and very professional. He made a very difficult procedure seem like a routine filling. Very happy with the service!! Highly recommend!

The staff was so patient with me...I was a nervous wreck...terrified of getting a root canal!! Yes I have had dental work done in the past but now that I’m older I’m so scared for some reason!! It’s something you don’t want to do but you know you have to get it done. Dr. Finn calmed me down and reassured me that everything was going to be fine. His nurse was so helpful as well. Both were constantly checking on me to make sure I was okay during the entire procedure. Both my procedures went well and I would highly recommend him to everyone I know!! The receptionist ensured my insurance was taken care of with no problems!
I’m so glad I went to get my procedures done here!! Awesomeness!! And thank you!!

I was informed the root canal would be 950 and they were going to put a more permanent filling in. they charged 1095 and they didn't put the more permanent in they put temporary in. Then when I discussed it she called me a liar saying the doctor didn't tell me that. "That he didn't talk money"  insteAd of saying I'm sorry did you want to be charged for a more permanent filling
