If you are a male in the family court branch in Stratford and if you have Justice Neil as a judge you’re gonna lose regardless of your case. Justice Neils is a gender biased judge that only favours the mothers and firmly believes that self represented fathers don’t have any rights to their children nor does she hold females accountable for their actions . I have had Justice Neil sit before me in the Guelph court house on a different matter and because of her I no longer see my son who and took the side of the mother who abducted my child at birth. After three years of searching for him I finally got her in court and dispite the true evidence she still took the mothers side. Sadly enough with my matter in Stratford she has done the same thing and promotes the mothers bad behaviour towards the father and doesn’t give a time of day to us dads . Justice Neil’s doesn’t care about what’s best for the children she only cares about assisting her fellow lawyer . The family court system needs to be changed. I hope one day Justice Neils is held accountable for her behaviour.

Just dont like because i was found quilty on a charge that was not true. Not even close...
