Ok I'm updating my original post..  So I have seen improvement in the service department..  Yes the service still takes a long time, but I come to know they don't just change the oil they change/fill other liquids and check to see that everything is in working order so I guess that's why it takes so long..  But it would be nice to know that all that is being done, instead of having people believe it's just an oil change..  I think people would understand better as to why the "oil change" takes two+ hours if they are being told other things are also being done..  But it's that lack of communication I spoke of on my original post..  But like I said they have gotten better..

Very nice location, neat and clean. My experience with the pre-owned sales department at the level of sales consultants was a very bad experience. Calvin is unprofessional not only through communication levels such as text but also with verbal interaction. As I was questioning the few small things that he committed to fixing he began to tell me in a very rude and attacking manner that I drove here for nothing if I was going to complain about my issues because it wasn't going to be done. I will not be doing business with them again or recommend them to anyone.

Best place I've ever been to and got my new 2018 Camaro ss and the sales man John barrar was very helpful and explained everything detail by detail even after a week I had car I call him for questions and he was more then happy to help
