My girlfriend and I came in to purchase a vehicle a couple of weeks ago. We dealt with a lady named Jenny; she was nice courteous and answered our questions to the best of her ability. We weren't able to buy because of other issues, but when we are able to we are going back to deal with Ms Jenny. Thank you for working so hard to help us.

Update**** My husband spoke with Nathan Hebert and he honored the original price that was quoted. Thanks Nathan for making this right! The absolute worst experience ever at a dealership. I had read a bad review before I went but decided to give them a try anyway. We were quoted a price in writing. The day that we went for the test drive the salesman, Daeon, called and said that he made a mistake on the price and went up $100. Kind of aggravating, but not a deal breaker. We go anyway, test drive the vehicle and we tell him that we have everything to go he tells us that he couldn't give us the price quoted because we weren't financing through them. That was never stated with either quotes that we received. The sales manager wouldn't honor the agreement that was in writing because he said that it was miscommunicated on his end?? Very unprofessional!

Handled my a/c problem quick. Went over everything else and told me what needs to be changed and taken care without pressuring me let them do it. Mrs. Trudy knows her stuff and a good person to deal with dealing with service

Brought my car in for a recall, when I went pick it up they tell me I need to change my water pump with the belt, my gasket and some other stuff, well I guess they thought I was gonna bring it to them to get it fixed, but my brother been a mechanic for a long time, so my brother comes look at it and guess what nothing is wrong with my water pump or the belt, they were thinking that I was gonna bring my car to them so they can rip me off, they tell you things are wrong with your car, when really most of the things they tell you that need to be replaced don't need to be replaced at all, so be aware and don't let these people rip y'all off!!
