I have enjoyed doing business with Courtesy. My salesman was wonderful! No pressure, willing to work with me, and patient. Everyone else I spoke to were kind, funny, and overall made my purchase a pleasant experience. My first service appointment was no different. I was in and out in 30 mins, tops. Granted it was for my first service visit and probably didn't require a ton of time, but still. The service department personnel were fast and efficient. My only gripe with this location is the condition of the dealership itself. It just needs some love and attention; it's an older location, and you can definitely tell when you walk in the waiting area. However, it would never stop me from returning and dealing with the staff. They've been great!

What else can you say about a place that the sales manager treats it's employees so badly (He was simply asking questions on my behalf) that a young salesman quit in the middle of a sale? It may have been unprofessional, but judging the dismissive and condescending way the sales manager treated me, a customer, I don't blame the mid for walking out.

Leased a Santa Fe. GSM Eric Dipalma lied and manipulated the deal by gaining my trust through a personal relationship. Then lied about options to get out of the lease so I'm filing a lawsuit directly against Eric Dipalma. The owner Jamie Turmel didn't know Eric lied but still didn't make his GSM accountable. Owner stated he had Eric Dipalma sign an agreement not to have relationships with female customers, which makes prior incidents more plausible. Owner stated he was firing GSM but never did. Dealership is unethical and untrustworthy.

They are nice and truthful. The customer service was on point i recommend going there to buy a car or get it fixed
