lived there for 25 years when it nice turn into a area with to many low lifes the office personal had a little criminal acivtity going on with the sale of the trailer should be investigated do not recommend to anyone

I've been living here for over 14 years. It's family orientated and I can honestly say I feel very welcomed.  It has a very unique vibe nowadays since there isn't any HOA of sorts to tell people how they could decorate their homes. It's honestly impressive the home add ons people build in this community. The only downside is that most of these add ons have been for efficiencies which is very popular in the area, it helps with overall living cost but the INFLUX of cars everywhere is incredible, luckily there are rules on how to park and as long as it's in your property and not blocking the streets you are good, and also with multiple families living in a home, I would hope there is a selective process done in order to rent out an efficiency, so far so good since those who rent stick around for a while, the neighborhood is really safe and quiet,  I can certainly see why.
