Worst experience ever. They're cloning my credit card for deposits already took  three deposits for nothing. I owe them 450$ and still waiting for them to refund it. The staff are rude and very unhelpful, except the lady manager she was the only one who tried to help. During hurricane Irma, they promised they'd have a generator but they only turned it on for few hours because "we don't have enough gas". A hotel like yours should be prepared for such situation, that's not an acceptable excuse. We struggled a lot with this hotel. It was the worst days this whole year. On the good side, the bed was very very comfortable and the room is clean and good. Windows don't open though (imagine no AC & no window)

Well-maintained. Inviting lobby. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Better-than-usual free breakfast. Free shuttle to cruise ship port. Could see planes taking off from our room (one of the few with a balcony). Recommended!

This is a Excellent 5star Hotel, the staff is excellent professional and people friendly. The rooms are huge like an apartment, beds if you lay down you won't get up that's how wonderful they are. You have a sofa bed in each room microwave, refrigerator, 42inch flat screen TV. Bathroom is huge. Breakfast is to die for Hot& cold links,bacon,patties eggs strawberry/Apple/original and chocolate waffles. The works. They have a bar too Family orientated. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Our room were very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Everything has been updated and is very nice. We arrive early so we had to wait a while for  check-out and for the rooms to be cleaned, which was no problem. We ate at local restaurant, enjoyed our meals, went back and the rooms were ready. Great price for the area right across from the Miami airport. The breakfast was grea1. They had WAFFLES too!!! I love waffles! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very close to the airport! Good sized rooms, clean, and updated facility. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was above average, and the lobby bar was pretty good. The pool was small, but comfortable. Overall a good place to stay - definitely recommend.
