This hotel has about a 3 star average. I give it 5 because I like to rate based on customer experience. When I checked in the I was greeted by the front desk representative Martha. She was very friendly and asked about my day was going; something you don't see as often as we should from hotels, it's usually hello and your last name. I asked her for reccomndations to local Mexican and she mentioned several and printed out directions and reviews and her personal opinion. We chose one and it was very good just as she said. My wife wanted tea, I went down to their cafe but it was closed. I asked Martha I was looking to get a couple cups of tea and she asked what kind and prepared me the two teas from Starbucks without hesitation. We need more people in the customer services like Martha to gives us a great customer experience. In the morning we were greeted once again by a great friendly good morning and how was your stay. Thank you Marriott and management for setting these standards.

Cozy in the winter !! The rooms are all well kept and always clean. I stay here for work and have great time . Staff even gave to us shavel when our car got stuck in snow... overalls good establishment!!!

Location of this hotel is nice and convenient from I55 and for access to Midway airport. It's also a great option if you are going sight seeing or attending events in the city as it is half the price of downtown hotels. Be aware that they do charge $17 a day for parking.

This is a great hotel! The rooms were nice. The staff was great. However, you have to pay for EVERYTHING! You pay for coffee, breakfast, parking, drinking water, everything. The on-demand movies are $17.99 each and each time you watch it. Missed a part, pay for it. You pay $17 just to park in their lot. No security, no covered parking. Just a parking lot. We did get a coffee on the house because it was my wife's birthday. But everything else, be prepared to pay. Staff and room great. They even tell you, "We'll charge it to your room," with a smile.
