The staff made this stay simply awesome. Came here to meet up with friends and have a great time and we did. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The hotel is not far at all from all the bars in Keene. Finding parking around the hotel can be very tricky though. The facilities were very clean and well kept. I was impressed overall with my experience here. Only downside was the less than stellar service I received for breakfast ( which is overpriced, just go to the works right down the road). The pool is very small but hey they have a pool. The bar is alright, except for the fact they close at 10pm :(((

I came to stay for business. After an easy check in, I was given a third floor room. It was spacious and comfortable. In the morning I went to the Bistro for breakfast and Starbucks. After I came back for the evening, my room was made and cleaned. All a very relaxing and easy stay.

My wife and I stayed here for a night it was horrible!!! We arrived at 4:30 (check in is 4) I was told the room was not ready it would be 5-10 minutes. I'm fine with that I come back 20 minutes later and was told it would be just a few more minutes. I'm a bit annoyed. I go out side and walk around to the side if the hotel and find the housekeepers smoking a cigarette. Now I'm pissed. Long story short I got I to my room about 6 not even an apology. The toilet leaked and the bathroom was dirty. The next morning I go down for a Coffee they advertise that they have a Starbucks. It's not the coffee was horrible. I didn't like this hotel. I hope it goes out of business and the clerk stubs his toe

This was a nice, clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and updated recently. My only issue is that the walls are a bit thin, I could hear conversations in the hallway clearly. Same issue with the ceiling, I could hear footsteps all morning.

Rooms are nice with very comfy beds. Food is not so good. Avvo toast came with old avocado’s and wasn’t good. I would not recommend the food.
