The staff at this hotel from valets, to concierge, to kitchen wait staff, to housekeeping was very pleasant. Rooms were clean. I had their breakfast and the food was delicious. From the scrambled eggs, to the excellent bacon and sausage and to the fresh fruit, it was as great as a breakfast can be.  All in all it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience

I spent one night night at this property, and stayed in a queen room. The quality of the room was standard Courtyard quality (which is positive). The fitness center was small, but the equipment was well maintained. I used the WiFi, fitness center, and laundry room. All worked properly. Staff was very friendly, and the breakfast food was tasty. Would stay here again. Running trails about a 15 minute drive from hotel were great.

The rooms are updated. The bathroom is pretty nice. Shower pressure is about medium. There is no closet in my room, only an armoire. The view is nice from the upper floors. There is a balcony, but the door is fixed closed. It would be nice to let some fresh air in. There are 2 water bottles in the room, they are $7 a piece. They don't give waters at the front desk. I'm drinking tap water which tastes fine to me. The beds and bedding are pretty comfortable. A little on the firm side but that's fine. The people at the front desk are friendly and suggested some good restaurants in walking distance. Overall it's a pretty nice place to stay.

It is an adequate hotel. The rooms don't have microwaves, the pool was dirty and the hot tub is small. The workout room is nice and the bathrooms make me feel rich

I am going to a seminar there tomorrow. I wanted to make sure where it was so I called 3 different times I got the rudest people nobody could tell me where how to get there from Tarzana and then when I said can I please talk to somebody that that can give me directions instead of saying I don't know I got hung up on. If this was the only hotel in Sherman Oaks I would sleep on the street. I called and ask for the manager and she said I am the manager and you were rude so you're going to have to Google your way here I don't get here at all. I work for the Marriott and many many many years ago this is not their normal protocol I will be writing a letter to complain
