My family and I were traveling home to Savannah, GA from Louisiana. It was late and we were all tired. Lexi, the evening clerk, was very helpful and attentive. We needed 2 rooms and a cot. She helped me get the best rate with my AAA discount. The cot arrived to the room before we did. The service was excellent. The rooms were immaculate, as if I cleaned them myself. The bed was comfortable, and we all got a great night's sleep. I did not wake with a sore back. The shower was one of the best hotel showers I've ever had. The water pressure was adequate and the shower head distributed the water efficiently. All of the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The stay was perfect! Look no further and stay here! The room was gorgeous, staff was then most friendly and the whole place, even though they are doing improvements you would never know, it was so clean and nice. No doubt! We will stay here again when we come visit our son at college!

Staff was friendly. Over priced for the outdated ugly rooms. Yellow walls in rooms with wallpaper from the 70's. Carpet needs replaced. Shower needed replaced was chipping and looked gross. Air-conditioning was broken and falling off the wall. Stayed in room 133 on the first floor. Should have been half price for the quality of the rooms. Will not go back. Spend your money at the Holiday Inn just 2min up by I10.

I was passing through on a cross-country drive and the location suited a stop so I stayed there. Just a hop off the freeway so not too much road noise and they had room for my pickup and trailer. The staff was very friendly (especially Brittney) - I really enjoyed the chats, the food was good and I liked the bistro decor. The hotel is very comfortable - the carpet was a bit worn in spots but that's the only negative I could say. I'd stay again for sure.

This is actually a decent hotel, had a really good online deal at a major booking site beginning with P that made price amazing.
