Staff are nice. The breakfast is delicious. The room will be brandnew soon. SPA and pool could be use.

Overall I would consider this an average experience. Nothing to write home about. Service at the downstairs restaurant Bistro was disappointing; I didn't sense a desire to give the customer a good experience. It took a long time to get a beer with only 3 customers in the restaurant. Margaritas are about $10 and the size was literally the smallest margarita i have ever seen. Did not feel good about that purchase, but it tasted good. The 1st floor of the hotel felt freezing, and the 3rd floor had to have been nearly 80. Felt like a 10 degree temperature difference that was never comfortable. The reason I give 4 stars instead of three is that we were surprised with a nice gift of a snack bag we were not expecting.

The hotel staff saved me. I didn't have GPS and the directions I printed where wrong. I called the front office and they stayed on the phone with me till I found my way :)

Wow! This place was incredible! Lets start... Wine sampling in the lobby was terrific with very nice lady's running the program. Then I ate at the bistro there and had the pleasure of talking to Steven who was incredibly nice and gave me a hand written thank you note for the business when i departed. This hotel had the best customer service of any hotel I have stayed at. Thank you!
