I have probably had the best / genuine / and knowledgeable sales experience EVER ! I was so impressed with the friendly welcome, my husband, my son and I got this afternoon. Kevin listened to our needs, advised us, and, at any point he pressured us to buy a product more than another one. I feel that what we bought was the right thing for us and our needs.
If I had my own company, I would hire the guy ! He was brilliant !
I have not received our order so can't comment on the quality of the products or delivery just yet, but can definitely give a 5 stars for customer service and experience.

Couldn't be more disappointed in the service. The salesman was good, but I've been bumped 3 times now on my delivery day. That's 3 times either to work late or home early for nothing, and tonight my wife and I will actually have to sleep on the floor due to the delivery crews no call, no show. I just hope our 9 month old daughter doesn't have any teething pain tonight..........she won't dig the floor, even if it is next to mom and dad. And yes.........we PAID a fee for the delivery. I would go somewhere else if I could do it again.

I am way impressed by the service my mum and I received here. My mom went in here to check out the Ashton by Sealy. The gentleman who helped us out was the store manager, I forgot his name. Right away he knew it was sold by Costco. He then told us he could sell us a better quality bed at the same price. He shows my mom a few beds and my mom fell in love with Beautyrest mattress. I must say I haven't experienced a more genuine person than the manager who helped us. He was straight to the point, didn't have an annoying sales pitch most sales people have and it really did seem like he didn't care about making a sale but what was more important to the sale, was that my mom got what she really wanted. This is service you just don't see anymore now a days. I'm actually glad Costco sells mattresses, since you can't test them out at Costco, people like us come to places like this to test it out, and hopefully with an amazing sales person like ours they can make a sale at their store instead of Costco.

Good selection, professional staff. Got some discounts. Delivery was quick and smooth. Realized that box springs would make my bed too high, did exchange over the phone and got a board delivered next day.
