nice and clean hotel with very helpful and nice staff. Breakfast options I find a bit pricy for what you get and the fitness room could use some more equipment like heavier weights and a barbell. Also the temperature was very hot for a fitness area with no option to make it a bit cooler. With those details a very good hotel which I would recommend

Very clean hotel in a great location. We were in Long Island for a hockey tournament and this hotel was the perfect location. Near several restaurants and stores. We had a queen suite and the room as very nice and super clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are nice, bar area nice. Very new amenities. Front desk staff seemed generally aloof and not too friendly. Bar/bistro hours could be better (10pm close) and if it's not breakfast (ends at 9:30) or dinner (5 to 10) the bar is not open for drinks or coffee. Accidentally broke a glass in our bathroom in the middle of the night, a half-asleep security guard showed up with a broom to take care of it and after a couple half-hearted sweeps walked away. Understand they can only do so much and the glass was due to our accident, but there was still a lot of obvious glass and they should have at least put in for house keeping to come first thing in the morning - but no. Sort of hard to shower in a bathroom littered with glass.

Had the rare pleasure of having adjoining rooms when we actually wanted them. Rooms were good but quite dark. No issues with housekeeping. Reception staff were decent but nothing stellar. Great location but weird entrance/approach. Underground parking a plus in the snow.

😠😠😠😠DISAPPOINTED!! $326 on A STUDIO which was fine with us HOWEVER; 3-4 tissues left in the box. I asked  the front desk for another box. His response? "Oh, we have to get them from upstairs" I'm thinking," I don't care where you have to get them.  That's not my problem".. He Says he'll bring them. I Never received them. I Requested late check-out as our concert let out pretty late....(i understand there is no guarantee) they never gave me a Yes or no, just submitted the request.. I call the front desk in the morning, she says"we'll, yeah, you can check out at 12:30p." REALLY? 30 minutes?? I would just think that with the rates so high, they would  have a little more leniancy; trying to find a place that would deliver late was impossible.I decided to grab a few microwave meals from their 24hr market in the lobby. 2 drinks, a few meals, few snacks:OVER $50!!! GIVE ME A BREAK! canceled order & drove to an all-night diner for take out, came back,hands full, KEY DOESNT WORK for any of the Outside doors to get in! I have to to walk all the way around to the front to getgin only to waste more time by having him remake keys. AT THE VERY LEAST, MAKE THE KEYS WORK!!!!!! Called to check the pool  closing time. He says, "9pm." When I get back to the room and browse over the info literature, it says "10pm." SO DISAPPOINTED!! This hotel is too pretentious.....Courtyard Marriott▶▶NEVER AGAIN. I regret not going with my 1st choice ➡Hilton Garden Inn across the street. THEY ARE CONSISTANT AND RELIABLE!
