Big store just can't understand why cashier's are so rude... I'm aware of this normally because I have brown skin but I went to a brown skin lady not sure of what culture due to her garb but she was rude as heck turned to a white female not in her lane and was very nice to her.  I worked with the public for years and one thing is for certain green money is green money I'm sure the management understands that all too well.  They just need to stipulate it to their employees.

Many times don't have items that are supposed to be on sale with coupon. They substitute with a lesser known brand.  Plus they don't have items that should be in stocks.

I never have anything bad to say about Stop & Shops. I love that they are huge and have a huge variety of things. 1 star off because there's always room for improvement.

Not a bad store, generally clean, mostly good service, good selection of products.  Returning bottles is a nightmare, room and machines are disgusting, machines are heavily used so fill up and it usually takes 15 minutes or more for someone to service them.

Very crowded on the weekends, except Sunday after 6PM.
