We researched buying a camper for months over the internet, comparing travel trailers from dealerships all over the Gulf States, mostly Louisiana.  When we finally decided to go look in-person, we decided on Courvelle's RV primarily because we had read several really good reviews from past customers and that made our decision for us.  Our salesperson from Courvelle's, Ashley, did not disappoint us.  From our initial meeting to a week after picking up our new camper, Ashley has been eager to answer my MANY questions, very helpful in making the buying process very time efficient, and despite some bumps along the way, she communicated those bumps to us immediately, affording us the opportunity to resolve them (all favorably) in a timely manner.  We would highly recommend Ashley Landry at Courvelle's RV if you are in the market for a new camper, I seriously doubt you will be disappointed.

Great experience at Courvelle's! I was a little hesitant to drive 7+ hours to get my first look at the coach (and also my first RV purchase). Ashley (sales) helped get all the info and additional pictures I needed to make the drive down to Opelousas a no brainer. In person, the 30' Class A Winnebago really exceeded my expectations! No surprises or nonsense, just a great bunch of folks selling really quality RV's at a fair price. Needless to say I am returning to take delivery of my new coach in a week or so :) Thanks Mr. C., Ashley, Craig and the team in Service & Parts for making my first RV purchase a great one.

After our last upgrade at Courvelle's RV, my husband and I were very pleased with the quality of service received both from the Sales office and the Service Department.   We had minor issues with the unit when new but the Service Dept. started working on it immediately.  We love our Crossroads!!
It has been almost a year since our last purchase.  I recently ordered a part from the Service Dept. and was very happy with the prompt service.
